How do I redeem my Hand & Stone gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed at all Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa locations in the U.S. They are valid for services (massage, facials, waxing) and retail products sold in the spa. Simply present your physical gift card at checkout. Gift cards are for in-spa use only and cannot be used for online purchases. If you or your recipient have any difficulty at checkout, call 866-212-0172 or email handandstone@giftcardhelp.com and we'll help resolve it quickly.

Does my Hand & Stone gift card expire or have any fees?

No. Your Hand & Stone gift card does not expire or incur any fees.

What do I do if my gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll assist with a replacement. Call 866-212-0172 or email handandstone@giftcardhelp.com.

Can I get a refund if my gift card has a low remaining balance? Where required by applicable law, gift cards with a remaining balance of $15 or less may be eligible for a cash refund. To request one, call 866-212-0172 or email handandstone@giftcardhelp.com.
